How many people can the property accommodate?
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 15:00 hours (3 pm) onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 hours (10 am) on the day of departure.
Is the property suitable for families with children?

Yes, private parking is available on the premises.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Is smoking allowed inside the property?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the house. Outdoor areas are available for smoking.
Does the owner of the house live on the same property?
Yes, the owner of Casa Pitaya in Alhaurín el Grande lives on the same property. This arrangement often allows for more personalized guest support and ensures the property is well-maintained during your stay.
Is the jacuzzi available year-round?
Yes, the jacuzzi is available year-round.
Casa Pitaya is suitable for up to six guests. The property offers three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite connected to the master bedroom.
